Regina Jules is a Senior Consultant with Camden Delta Consulting. She has more than 13 years of experience in human capital and organization effectiveness, specifically in human capital and talent strategy and implementation, organization transformation, workforce planning, process improvement, change management and diversity & inclusion. Regina has advised clients on small- to large-scale projects for organizations representing a range of industries including healthcare, government, financial services, consumer products, and technology.
Regina is a certified HCI Human Capital Strategist (HCS) and Strategic Workforce Planner (SWP), as well as a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI ®) assessment and IDI® Guided Development coaching. She received her Master’s and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.
Regina currently resides in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and enjoys all that it has to offer – excellent dining, cultural diversity, access to world-class arts, and a vibrant social scene. While she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, reading, and traveling, Regina occasionally displays a slightly adventurous streak with activities like skydiving!
