Working with individual leaders, teams and sales resources who are expected to drive change in the organization is one of our most gratifying roles at Camden Delta.
We work with leaders, teams and sales resources to coach them to be more effective in their roles in the changing organization. The coaching and development process is always based on the premise that the individuals expected to drive change first need to have a deep appreciation for their own personal transition in order to be the most effective leader or team member in the organization.
Bringing the implications of change down to the individual level allows for each player to confront their own concerns and commitment to change. The process creates a pathway for them to emerge as stronger participants and leaders in the process. Additionally, it provides the organization invaluable insight on the change risks inherent to their plan and allows for adequate planning and risk mitigation to occur.
